Following the vision and guidelines of the Campus Master Plan, Davis Square Village is the initial phase in the development of the Campus’ East Precinct.
This phase houses 259 students in apartment-style units. The linked residential buildings create two new student social spaces, including a public plaza for performances and a secure courtyard enclosed by an arcade.
Opus Hall has been developed as the second junior-senior housing residences. Our team was responsible for the design of the courtyard and streetscape surrounding the building.
