This corporate headquarters project involved collaboratively crafting a three-phase master plan to construct five linked office buildings, a daycare facility, a remote delivery facility, and a hotel.
A two-day charrette was held early in the planning process with our multi-disciplinary design team, the development manager, and ownership to develop a strategy for implementing the LEED criteria for the project. As a result, the master plan restores a large portion to the site to native prairie grasses and implements a series of storm water improvements to cleanse site runoff and reduce inflow into the local sewer system.
Our professionals were responsible for crafting a landscape master plan utilizing sustainable design principles for full build-out of the property, including detailed design and construction documents.
