This site design provides a vibrant, expertly-planned, live-work-play community as well as a new iconic landmark fountain for motorists to enjoy along the West Dodge Road corridor.
Confluence was retained by R&R Realty Group to design the main entry, central plaza, roof terrace, and amenity fountain for their new Waterford Office Building as part of the Fountain Ridge Office Park. The owner wanted a sequenced entry plaza that welcomed tenants and visitors to the complex. The site’s outdoor patio is amenity-rich with a variety of seating, shade and entertainment options, including an amphitheater to encourage people to get outside and engage with one another. The site also features a 34-foot wide, 16-foot tall fountain to create a dramatic statement for the office campus. The fountain holds 7,500 gallons of water and is equipped with LED lights that perform an artistic light show at night.
