With a modern courtyard and luxurious amenities, this upscale development sets a new standard for urban apartment living in Kansas City’s historic Country Club Plaza neighborhood.
Confluence led the design efforts for two amenity courtyards for this upscale, four-story 188-unit apartment building. The design artfully addresses the multi-level space by integrating a waterfall into the saltwater pool and a fire pit seating area with custom seating/walls to functionally adress the change in grade. Other amenities include a pool sun shelf, water wall feature, outdoor kitchen and seating area and a custom trellis structure.
Our team also created the landscape and lighting design, combining illuminated pavers, bollards and festoon lighting within the pool courtyard to creat a dramatic evening ambiance. The north courtyard provides an open green lawn for recreation and outdoor living room seating spaces in an urban garden setting.
