The Four Seasons Nashville is a combination hotel and condominium that combines the brand’s luxury ethos within the grit, glamour and creative context of the city.
Our team worked alongside multiple architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop a hotel amenity deck, condo amenity deck, and a restaurant-oriented streetscape. The hotel deck is organized as a series of outdoor rooms defined by planted partitions and stitched together by paved corridors that echo the orthogonal architectural geometry.
From infinity pool deck, to multi-use event lawn, to dramatic overlook bar, the space will be both vibrant and verdant. By contrast, the condo deck is conceived as an elegant, yet playful, garden space that capitalizes on the stunning views. A path composed of linear plank pavers weaves between rolling tree mounds echoing the natural hillocks surrounding the site; a sequence of garden rooms of various sizes culminating in twin architectural pavilions and a flexible green space.
