Confluence developed the site to compliment the adjacent Edina Promenade by introducing key sculptural pieces as a focal point to the development while providing thoughtful Promenade access. Our creation of an at-grade stormwater filtration garden captures runoff and buffers public and private spaces. The new development also doubles the existing tree canopy, provides pollinator habitat, and utilizes permeable pavers to further reduce site stormwater runoff.
On the fourth floor, a large outdoor amenity deck provides private lounge seating areas, a pool, open lawn space, grilling stations and fire pits for the residents. Another terrace on the rooftop provides additional gardens, seating and downtown views.
