This expansion doubled the size of Bobcat's workforce while doubling the size of the facility - featuring a new two-story light-filled spine connecting the existing space to the new building addition.
Through a corporate culture of innovation and collaboration, Bobcat continues to grow and thrive in a competitive industry. The design of this expansion supports this culture by providing a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces crafted to encourage employee interaction and gatherings.
The project included new parking areas and site circulation, outdoor equipment display areas, and outdoor employee garden spaces creatively integrated into a sloped landscape.
