One of the first office buildings to be constructed in the new Kettlestone district, this headquarters facility is a modern addition to the planned mixed-use development.
Confluence collaborated with the Holmes Murphy's team to lead the site planning efforts, including building placement to integrate fantastic views of the adjacent water feature. The building was nestled into the existing sloped site to incorporate access at multiple levels.
A large terrace was also integrated into the range of amenities provided for employees to take advantage of the scenic vistas and natural surroundings.
