This dynamic entertainment complex includes restaurants, bars, yard games, seating areas and indoor/outdoor pickleball courts.
Confluence led the master planning for this entire complex, including the layout of all buildings and shipping containers. The sloping site required creative grading design to ease transitions between each terraced activity area to achieve ADA accessibility throughout the complex. A stage for concerts and two large outdoor screens for movie nights and sporting events are provided along with several fire pits, private cabana spaces, shaded seating areas, and a flexible turf space for yard games. Both indoor and outdoor bars and seating are integrated, along with several rental spaces to accomodate private events.
Our team also led the procedural applications for the development signage program, which included the use of future murals on several containers and approval of creative deviations to the City's signage criteria.
